8 | PETER3 PERKINS, son of (2) John2 [(1) Edward1], was born in New Haven May 18, 1682. December 17, 1712, John Thomas quitclaimed to him all his right in the estate of the late Sam'l Ford granted to him and his heirs begotten of the body of his late wife Mary, daughter of said Samuel Ford. March 9, 1713-14, he bought of Joseph Baldwin, Sr., of Milford, his right of four acres in second division of Sperry's farm and Chestnut Hill, which he bought of Stephen Perkins. January 24, 1715-16, he bought of his brother-in-law John Thomas a small lot of land formerly owned by John Watson, bounded in part on widow Beecher and Stephen Perkins. April 10, 1727, he bought 20 acres in Potter's farm. April 28, 1727, he sold two lots of land to his brother Stephen. He married Hannah, daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Hipkins) Ford, who was born To son Samuel 2/7 parts of my estate, real and personal.
