DANIEL3 PERKINS, son of (5) David2 [(1) Edward1], was born in New Haven April 4, 1689.

April 5, 1735, he bought of John Alcock of Waterbury for £7, 2¼ acres in Pine Rock Field, New Haven. March 17, 1735-6, he bought of Wait Chatterton 4 acres in the Yorkshire quarter. August 22, 1737, he bought of John Smith 3 acres salt marsh in Club Field. December 13, 1738, Lt. Daniel deeded from Peter Perkins, Jr., for £35, 11½ acres and 2 rods in seventh division. January 2, 1738-9, he buys of Tilley Blakslee of Woodbury, for £16, 5s, 8 acres in seventh division, New Haven, that was laid out to Samuel Blakslee, Jr. December 13, 1738, he deeds to Peter Perkins, Jr., for £28, 9¼ acres in fifth division, that once was Sam'l Bradley's. April 9, 1741, he was deeded land from Sam'l Cook and wife Abigail of Stratfield. June 12, 1741, he conveyed to Benj. Wilmot the 2¼ acres in Pine Rock Field above named. December 13, 1744, Daniel, Sr., by deed of gift conveys to his son Daniel of New Haven, "as part of his portion of my estate, 8½ acres formerly laid out to my father David Perkins, dec'd, in second division of sequestered land."

January 1, 1747-8, he conveyed by deed of gift to his son Amos 8¾ acres in seventh division "which I bought of Tillie Blakslee and was laid out to Sam'l Blakslee, Sr., where said Amos lives. Also a lot of land I bought of Wilmot containing 4½ acres. Also 11½ acres I bought of Peter Perkins laid out to Ann Collins, all which I value at £185, as part of his portion of my estate, old Tenor money. Same day he deeds to son Samuel 20½ acres and 3 rods land in sixth division laid out to my father David, which I value at £102, O. T., as part of his portion. Same day he deeds to son David by gift
