He died in 1793, and administration on his estate was granted his son Amos, December 16, 1793. The inventory, £608 12s. 6d., was allowed April 4, 1794. November 6, 1745, for £50, Samuel Perkins deeds to him 5½ acres and 35 rods of land. His name is not included in the list of births, but appears in his father's will, in which he was named as one of the executors. He married Lydia Bradley November 19, 1747. He made his will September 20, 1776, which was proved December 2, 1776. He bequeathed to his wife Lydia one-third of his movable estate. To his daughters, Lydia, wife of Roger Alling; Sarah, wife of Jacob Sperry; Martha, Mary and Huldah, £60 each. He appoints his sons, David and Isaac, executors, who have the residue of the estate. |
